7 Centers The Journey Within

7 centres is truly a journey inward, for those ready to dive in and discover the plethora of information that lay within our very own being , our auric field and our bodies .

On this day we will journey into the origins of all 7 chakra systems and the energetic focal points of the subtle body as well as the physical correlation surrounding physical manifestation as well as e-motional centres.

We will be discussing each Sanskrit meaning as well as the history of Hindi tradition regarding “ CAKRA”.

As we spend this full day together we will incorporate interactive modalities to truly tune in to how the chakra ( energy centres ) works and the direct effect is has on the physical body as well . This will include 3 separate meditations where you will experience each of the chakras in its divine beauty wonderfully activate and experience the flow of energetics from each of them .

We will explore how crystals and smudging play part in activating as well as clearing and grounding the chakra systems , this will be hands on interactive learning through experiential process .

We will then gently lead into stream of consciousness writing and will end with Fire Ceremony in our heart centred circle .

You are invited to bring anything you hold close to your heart to add to our altar that will be charging in love and courage and compassion while we spend this full day together 💚

As we will be doing meditation I also invite you to be as comfortable as you can as this day is all about informing and experiencing and truly diving into self care and self love on a whole new level .
