Yoga Nidra ~ Resting Body Quiet Mind
Yoga Nidra is the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. A state in which the body is completely relaxed where one dives into the deepest possible states of relaxation while maintaining full consciousness.
Where one remains in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses (PRATYAHARA) with 4 of their senses withdrawn or as we say, internalized, they will be guided by simply hearing one guide them through this evening of "Yogic Sleep“.
One 30 min Yoga Nidra is equal to 2-4 hours of sleep. Take time for a gentle pause and deep alpha state relaxation.
