Have you been feeling stuck, ruled by certain emotions, lack of sexual desire or satisfaction, over indulgence in fantasies or sexual obsessing, feeling numb or out of touch with yourself and how you feel, lack of creativity and flow?

Deeply dive into the energetic flow of our sacral energetic centre as we journey through the second centre, the centre of the emotional body, where sensuality and creativity sit waiting to be explored. The element of our second centre is that of WATER which is characterized by flow and flexibility. The function of our sacral centre is that of pure sensuality directed by the principle of pleasure.

As this energy centre sits approximately 3 inches below the navel at the centre of our lower belly and at the back the lumbar vertebrae, as well as an expanded location as the genital area, for women this is the ovaries and for men the testicles. We will have conversation around many ways that can effect the flow of this centre as well as balanced and imbalanced sacral and how to identify each.

Join us for an afternoon of gentle meditation, conscious conversation and teaching around this, the energy centre of the emotional body, sensuality, sexuality, pleasure, creativity, and the state of flow.
