The element of our second centre is that of WATER which is characterized by flow and flexibility . The function of our sacral centre is that of pure sensuality directed by the principle of pleasure.

As this energy centre sits approximately 3 inches below the navel at the centre of our lower belly and at the back the lumbar vertebrae, as well as an expanded location as the genital area, for women this is the ovaries and for men the testicles. We will have conversation around many ways that can effect the flow of this centre as well as balanced and imbalanced sacral and how to identify each.
