You have most likely heard people speak about the phases of the moon, or how the moon effects them and the earth and space around us, but do you ever witness the magnetic flow of energy around the moon cycles? Ever wonder why women’s cycles regulate and line up cyclical when on their cycle or living in the same space or working together? This is not just a strange occurrence, this is an actual proven fact, along with many others we will be discussing here at Inner Sage Therapies.

As we gather together in circle on this first New Moon of March we will combine gentle meditation as well as discussion around how you can work with the lunar cycle to help create more flow and clarity around the art of manifestation and creation in your everyday life as well as a more fluid flow around each cycle of the moon and how it correlates to your space, your energetic in your heart and soul and the place In your mind that helps create ritual and practise around these powerful cycles .

Diving into these lunar cycles will also help create more ease, awareness, radical connection and the space to receive the most powerful and wonderful energies the moon has to offer up in this lifetime.
